Pros
- It does the basic scanning good, has scannig for android too which is a very good feature. It also provides api for virus scanning.
- I use the free version so the price is great and features adequate to protect my laptop. I have used this software for many years.
Cons
- If you install and uninstall this software, this will destroy your system and have to format your system.
- AVG internet security has sometimes an outdated virus database, sometimes annoying notifications disturb your work at the computer.
Pros
- I like how easy it is to set up and it integrates with our environment nicely. The cost was very reasonable versus many of its competitors.
- I like the options to deploy and personalize the options of AV in the Organization, an the response of the support is superb!!! always want to help to deploy updates of AV or console.
Cons
- We have had a lot of issues with their cloud admin portal, either not working or being slow. Their reseller portal is also poor and could do with a re design.
- Not able to detect all viruses during computer scan. After entire scan, ESET shows warnings.
