Pros/Cons

Pros
This software does an awesome job at securing your devices. I love the fact that it is always present to ensure that whatever you access on your devide is secured.
Its a great product and we use it at work on all devices

Cons
Even though it does it's job well, I have found that it often conflicts with the system files of the devices and then system recovery becomes a big chore.
The truth is that a lot is a wonderful tool, but the cost is a bit high.

Pros
Software easy to use and no need IT support to fix the malware on my laptop. This is prefer tool of my IT group.
Ease of use - it runs in the background and updates do not interfere with work being performed. It’s been consistent!

Cons
Malwarebytes has been quite beneficial to our work group, more so however, it tends to slow down the computer a bit due to the computer resources it occupies in cause during its operation.
Nothing really, have not needed customer support, so no opinion there. No issues have come up over years of use.
