We have had a lot of issues with their cloud admin portal, either not working or being slow. Their reseller portal is also poor and could do with a re design.

Overall I would say my experience was mutual in a sense that it did its job but had hiccups here or there but was ultimately defeated by itself.

Not able to detect all viruses during computer scan. After entire scan, ESET shows warnings.

This was a slight problem that I didn’t expect. It also seems to run slow but it could be my configuration so I can’t be sure to blame the software yet.

There is no doubt its interface is attractive and useful. I love the entire protection system it provides.

I like the options to deploy and personalize the options of AV in the Organization, an the response of the support is superb!!! always want to help to deploy updates of AV or console.

Large footprint makes it indestructible to hackers. For the money it is awesome and customer service is excellent to work with when you renew your subscription.

Eset is really useful antivirus software for especially small and midsize businesses. It’s protection and detection features are strong and web console is user friendly.

They have gotten worst especially the Mgmt Console Version 7.x.x.

Sometimes fail to upgrade server side. Hard to implement user agents.

Data it is the most important in  today times - so the best  protection of computer by best software like ESET is  step to right direction.

The value for money is greater than Kaspersky, another antivirus product which I think is just as good as ESET. ESET is also easy to install and hassle-free.

The best thing about ESET is its attractive price point. It's a mature product and company, so that shows some stability.

Good Solid product, easy to use and set-up, will handle an environment from 5 users up to a couple of thousand.
