Pros
- I like how easy it is to set up and it integrates with our environment nicely. The cost was very reasonable versus many of its competitors.
- I like the options to deploy and personalize the options of AV in the Organization, an the response of the support is superb!!! always want to help to deploy updates of AV or console.
Cons
- We have had a lot of issues with their cloud admin portal, either not working or being slow. Their reseller portal is also poor and could do with a re design.
- Not able to detect all viruses during computer scan. After entire scan, ESET shows warnings.
Pros
- When the company is small and doesn't have a lot of groups built into the needs. It does a great job for basic cyber defense.
- It stops and cleans up malware that slows down and compromises your computer. The customer service reps are very helpful and generally respond to emails within 1 day.
Cons
- The sales person sent a reminder email that was quite condescending and really aggravated me. As a result I did not purchase the enterprise product.
- When at a user's computer, we are unable to view logs while at that computer and instead have to go login to the UI at the IT desk to view those logs which is inconvenient.
