Pros/Cons
Pros
- Data it is the most important in today times - so the best protection of computer by best software like ESET is step to right direction.
- It works seamlessly and simply does its job the way it should: without much intrusion, but very effectively. It has great user interface and user communication.
- Considering the features and capabilities of ESET this is a good solution for small businesses, The data protection is at a good level and reporting is also good.
Cons
- We have had a lot of issues with their cloud admin portal, either not working or being slow. Their reseller portal is also poor and could do with a re design.
- This was a slight problem that I didn’t expect. It also seems to run slow but it could be my configuration so I can’t be sure to blame the software yet.
- They have gotten worst especially the Mgmt Console Version 7.x.x.
Pros
- It is reliable, comes with a good web interface to get started and supports multiple platforms. The best part is the exceptional customer support that we get from the team on an ongoing basis.
- I am very happy, its generally reasonably easy to set up and highly reliable, the free version can help a great deal with small enterprises and for bigger businesses it is cost effective.
- BDRSuite came recommended by many and they have an impressive list of their customers on the website. They have been around awhile.
Cons
- The errors could be more informative in some instances. Having to google the error because searching their KB area doesn't show any results for the error is frustrating.
- It should be in the upgrade notes that this upgrade may need XYZ done in case of a failed upgrade.
- In the same way i can rebuild a Vm if fail for any reason, the possibility to start the macchine. Same if the entire host fail, and i need to rebuild in quick way the virtual infrascruture.
