Pros
- User Interface is very intuitive and easy to understand. The ability to control access to different websites and applications using access cards is a huge plus.
- GoodAccess VPN is an outstanding value and provides everything we need. The VPN is reliable and fast.
Cons
- We had some difficulty installing the software on older Windows 7 systems.
- The trial period was not long enough. After the trial finished, certain functionalities broke as they got stuck, when we continued with the basic package, which didn't include the extra features.
Pros
- When the company is small and doesn't have a lot of groups built into the needs. It does a great job for basic cyber defense.
- It stops and cleans up malware that slows down and compromises your computer. The customer service reps are very helpful and generally respond to emails within 1 day.
Cons
- The sales person sent a reminder email that was quite condescending and really aggravated me. As a result I did not purchase the enterprise product.
- When at a user's computer, we are unable to view logs while at that computer and instead have to go login to the UI at the IT desk to view those logs which is inconvenient.
