Heimdal is a product that is keeping our environment safe
I experience a safe environment, or at least an enviroment that is protected against viruses and ransomware.
PROSThe ease of use, but also the level of support. I have never experienced such a good support as with Heimdal. They are fast and 100% of the questions are answered in a way that I like.
CONSThe pricing is a bit vague. I would rather buy a product with all functionality in it instead of having to buy a licnse for each particular part of the software. I get always the feeling that I am missing functionality because of that.
Reason for choosing Heimdal Next-Gen Endpoint Antivirus
At the beginning the pricing was interesting, but also the support was very good. Short lines to support and prompt answers to our questions. We were one of the first to implement Heimdal and therefore also took a risk with it. But after 4 years we are still there !

I was not satisfied about the old product. WE have had several Ransomware attacks while having this product.

Robust protection second to none customer support
I have used and recommended AV software for over 20 years and Heimdal is the only product I would use or recommend now.
PROSDeveloped by people who eat and sleep security - cross-platform and reported through a web-based central console
CONSOccasional Javascript errors on Mac. Occasional false positives.

PROSThe strong and ease of use is a must! for the smb world!
CONSThere is no integration with our bussiness platform, at least not yet.

It works great. On windows.
Easy use and integration, great dashboard.
CONSApp for macos is not so great. I hate that it is still present i Dock. App like that should only appear in menubar.

Easy of use
nothing special in the use of this module, having its use in a simple, direct and efficient way, like all Heimdal products.
PROSThe easy of using it is very clear, according its dashboard where you can set your configuration.
CONSdespite being an accepted rule in terms of security, having the ability to disinfect infected files is very important in many cases.
