I experience a safe environment, or at least an enviroment that is protected against viruses and ransomware.

The ease of use, but also the level of support. I have never experienced such a good support as with Heimdal. They are fast and 100% of the questions are answered in a way that I like.

The pricing is a bit vague. I would rather buy a product with all functionality in it instead of having to buy a licnse for each particular part of the software. I get always the feeling that I am missing functionality because of that.

I have used and recommended AV software for over 20 years and Heimdal is the only product I would use or recommend now.

Works with other software/antiviruses that I already have installed on my computer. Works standalone and it does not need any monitorisation from my end. It also helps me not to worry about the day-to-day use of my personal computer and work. All in all a good product.

I have not found any cons so far using this product

First of all, for a free trial/free product, this is one of the most complex ones. I had paid products that do not offer so much even if they were paid. Also, the support for the free trial/free product is there even if you did not both it.

As of now I do not have any issues to report regarding the product. All in all a good product.

I like that it is very accurate when it comes to detections.

I can't think of something that might be wrong with the product.

Everything is perfect about this software.

It detects some obvious false positives, but overall is alright.
