Bringing a complete insight to the table

Our experience has been very good so far, especially with the support. They are always keen on helping and finding the best possible solution. As far as the platform goes, I would appreciate more functions being added in the GUI to get away from having to use the API (and hence requesting the new API-libraries from time to time). I do however understand that this might not be the case for the majority of the customers since they're probably running the cloud based solution. As for the platform with the actual "use case", it's very good. Like I mentioned earlier, we're getting great insights into the clients and the behaviour they're causing, down to the very details in form of which process that has "touched" a file for example.

Pros

The great upside with the Jazz platform is the insight that we're getting into the enrolled endpoints. We can find and analyse anomalies that would be hard to find otherwise, and on top of that we're getting the "full picture" considering all of the details around the occurring events in the platform.

Cons

1. My interpretation is that the product has been launched with a focus on the cloud solution, and even though there is an on premise solution availabile, it hasn't really been adapted for MSSP use. (Switching tenants from within the supertenant, templates for different roles, templates for tenant boundries and so on). 2. There are no official guidelines on how to perform backups at the moment. 3. No HA/redundancy when using on-prem? However, with the above being said, the support are always on their feet and able to help out in one way or another, which is great.

Jazz makes the Employee a part Of the our cyber defense

Its a fanatatic software for organisations that want to educate their staff with the company IT organisation. Ease of use! It took us ten minutes to understand the UI and it comes with everything included, no hidden cost!

Pros

The power search function is a very powerful tool to understand the behavior of the employee and build custom made Policy’s

Cons

The only thing is that we would have liked to see a automatic language setting. But we are sure that will Jazz develop this in a short future!

Pros and Cons

It has been wonderful. Customer service has been extremely responsive along with the Dev team. Every time we have engaged with either, we have gotten resolutions quick and fixed. Bravo.

Pros

It is very intuitive. There are a lot of things we can do to monitor our users activities in a very easy location.

Cons

The searches could use some more explaining. I have been told a how to is coming soon, but as of now, it is not very easy to use the search.

Great Product

Jazz has already helped use discover compliance issues with users against our AUP and identify behaviors that can be addressed by training.

Pros

Ease of Use Responsiveness of the Development team to feature requests Ease of Deployment Visibility of behaviors in the environment that were unknown before

Cons

Some of the search relies on Regex which is a bit cumbersome.
