  • Pros

  • To be completely honest, the peace of mind gained from using Kandji completely negates any cons I have and makes me infinitely & joyfully patient for the improvements in those areas.
  • Compared to JAMF, this was a huge win for us. I also loved how easy it was to setup Automated Device Enrollment.
  • The support has been outstanding. Both by chat and videoconference, all of our questions from the mundane to the obscure have been answered quickly and clearly.
  • Cons

  • This is difficult for me, because the team behind Kandji really put a lot of thought into their product. There's nothing I've found to be lacking or missing.
  • Pro Level MDM at a Lower Cost and Administrative Burden.
  • Blueprints can help organize systems but leads to some frustration when attempting to make a one-off commands.

  • The people at WebTitan were fantastic in getting thier product up and running and making sure that it did the job it was supposed to. Follow up were great and much apprecitaed.
  • Additionally, its set-up is superb easy and it can be done in just few minutes that save my time and energy as well.
  • Pricing is competitive with other web filtering technologies we have deployed in the past. Active Directory integration is a great feature and helps you identify user behavior.
  • Cons

  • I'm missing an addon for Chromebooks. With that we could get user information from Chromebooks.
  • We would not hesitate to suggest them to other businesses. Misclassified pages are also being blocked although they shouldn't be.
  • The licence key being on the config.ini which also managed dns forwarders and bypass ip is difficult to manage once the product it out.
