Pros
- When the company is small and doesn't have a lot of groups built into the needs. It does a great job for basic cyber defense.
- It stops and cleans up malware that slows down and compromises your computer. The customer service reps are very helpful and generally respond to emails within 1 day.
Cons
- The sales person sent a reminder email that was quite condescending and really aggravated me. As a result I did not purchase the enterprise product.
- When at a user's computer, we are unable to view logs while at that computer and instead have to go login to the UI at the IT desk to view those logs which is inconvenient.
Pros
- It is one of the great platforms which is providing excellent protection to our organization. It is equipped with advanced features.
- It is the best security option that ever been create, with great great features in it - with it every user can feel that it's well protected.
Cons
- The notifications are annoying and the amount of RAM it takes up is annoying as well.
- Only complaint is sometimes its a little slow in regards because it blocks my email.
