IT Service Desk Analyst Financial Services, 201-500 employees "The user interface is very user friendly and allows you to navigate the world map and select which country you'd like to connect to, and when you click "connect" the performance is great and the connectivity speed is instant." Mar 3, 2026 Negative review: YZ Youssef Z. Head of Department Higher Education, 1001-5000 employees "Limiting one thing is sometimes the DNS leak warning on certain servers. When that happens I’ve had to manually run checks and switch to other servers." Jun 17, 2025 Positive review: CT Cameron T. IT Service Desk Analyst Financial Services, 201-500 employees "I love that NordVPN is so accessible in many different countries, and within larger countries you can select a more specific city to connect to which makes it a very detailed VPN." Mar 3, 2026 Negative review: ML Michael L. Teacher Education Management, Self-Employed "In closing, NordVPN and/or Paddle will not give me either their (1) SERVICE, or (2) MY MONEY BACK. Unless I am refunded or just given service (for what I paid for) back, I will never work with them again." Mar 5, 2025 Positive review: AF Ahmed F. Advertising and publicity officer Marketing and Advertising, 2-10 employees "The advantages of NordVPN include its ease of use, superior protection, and ease of registering an account, along with the speed of connecting to servers, with the presence of many countries that you can connect to via NordVPN, and many features, the most prominent of which is the ability to run the account on 10 devices." Jan 2, 2025 Negative review: CL Caitlin L. Website Owner Writing and Editing, Self-Employed "The cost and lack of a free trial can be prohibitive for users that don't have a large budget and certain features can be difficult to understand for beginner users of the service."
