Vault America Cloud Backup and Recovery is a cloud-based data loss prevention solution. Primary modules include server backup and recovery, local backup and recovery, active archiving, eDiscovery, email recovery and continuity. It is designed for small and midsize companies who have cloud-based services.

It is military grade AES 256-Bit encrypted and is monitored 24/7/365. It allows companies to backup files, folders, drives, emails and databases. It supports MS Exchange, MS SQL, Oracle, Lotus Domino/Notes and MySQL. The protected data is stored on servers, tablets, laptops or desktops. In a case of a major disaster, Vault America will ship a recovery device to the requested location.

It is offered in a subscription pricing where users can pay for the data they have stored. Support is offered via email and over the phone.

great product, interesting price structure

Pros

depending on what job we're doing, the data we have that needs to be backed up (and isn't saved elsewhere) varies in size immensely. This makes the size based pay structure really useful to us.

Cons

doesn't work too well with windows 10- I think it's coming soon but right now it doesn't. Not a big deal and only occasional issues though.

Great Disaster Recovery system

Pros

The system is fast and easy to implement for your contingency plan to protect your organization from the effects of significant negative events. The process of backup is made easy with Vault America.

Cons

High speed internet is recommended for datacenters who will backup large size of data like emails and databases.
