The support received from the vendor is also extraordinary, with assistance offered in installation, setup, and use. the setup and removal process was also simple, having another panda product on one machine, Panda AD even asked for permission to replace it without having me uninstall it.

Panda AD 360 comes in two packages, systems management and endpoint protection. The latter provides excellent protection features and was able to detect threats within minutes of completing setup. It also has a feature where any unfamiliar activity is flagged for review by the administrator and also if you choose, by the Panda threat analysis team. Systems management's best feature is tracking and allowing the automatic update of software on user devices .

the backend management and administrator side needs someone who knows what they are doing and also takes a bit of time

Seems to be a fairly solid endpoint protection product, with a fairly intuitive web based console for administering the deployment. Seems to catch all known threats, and we purchased an add-on for protecting us against zero day threats.

You really need to ensure that the software is configured correctly before you deploy it in your organization. Our experience was that the out-of-the-box configuration leaves you a little exposed to threats, I would recommend deploying the software at the highest level of lockdown in order to keep yourself safe. You can always loosen things up as you go along when you are more familiar with the functionality of the software.

Adaptive Defense 360 protected our organization against zero-day ransomware attacks on the network. The threat hunting team at Panda Labs also notified us of unusually high amounts of RDP connections, helping us stop potential threats at the earliest point. It is also very easy to use especially the new Patch Management module.

At times the agent does not phone home as it should, and the endpoint reports protection errors. Easy to resolve though.

Panda has a very appealing user interface with options and configurations that are intuitive and easy to setup. It runs fast and protects my computer well against a wide variety of malware. I have not had an infection since I've used this software.

Since it's not as popular as some other products, Panda probably doesn't get the latest malware definitions right away as others do. The program seems to need to be updated all the time, but at least that's a low effort job that doesn't prevent me from doing other things while that is going on.

Commercially speaking, Panda has to improve a lot. But, Technically they do a great work constantly evolving their technology to match the ever more challenging security threats landscape.

It's the swiss army tool of endpoint security. I've been using Panda for more than 5 years. In the beginning I only trusted on its antivirus capabilities, but I've gradually activated all of them. Now, the quantity of security apps I run on my laptops has reduced dramatically to, basically, one. It's new version, Panda Dome, even includes a VPN connection service, which I already tried and will be using once my current VPN service expires in a few months. I've never had a problem with Panda's resources usage, even having all the protection modules enabled. File-shredding, password vault, file protection, application protection, wi-fi protection, safe browsing, etc. are a robust set of security tools, which provide the greatest value for thier price.

I've had some trouble with yearly renewal, whenever I pay for it anticipating the and of the current subscription, I lost the remaining days. Most times I've been able to solve this by contacting support, but last year it wasn't the case. They send promotions for anticipated renewal, but the true is, the percentage you get as discount is the same of the months you lose of your current period.

I love this product and I would recommend it for any business that would like to know more about what is going on in their IT environment, with their reporting and also to be able to control all the devices on the network.

I am writing about Panda Fusion which combines both Panda Adaptive Defense and System management. As a system management program it is very easy to use. The comp store makes it easy to look for the apps that are most popular to create deployment packages of since its all part of a community that has tested and works well with the Panda Agent. It didn't take long for me to understand how it work. I barely contacted support for help since most of the answers I just figured out on my own, or was easy to find online.

I would like to see more abilities to control local security policy on devices like screen time outs, password policies, user password reset.

The benefits of being able to use this tool were, to understand that the first level of protection is good for its good performance, but there are other applications that perform the same work together with better protection against basic attacks for the same value.

Panda's simple and clean interface allows you to easily distinguish what you want to do, easy to install from your console and simple to configure as well. Against known malware is a good choice as a first level tool

It is not possible to detect other types of attacks other than malware, sometimes it becomes cumbersome when you run test programs do not always take the exceptions.

It is an antivirus of a simple interface that makes quick scans and is easy to use which keeps my PC free of malicious attacks and does not require updates since every time it does an analysis it connects to the panda network to check on the fly and detect new dangers, before my computers were infected by Trojans and backdoors since I installed this antivirus I have my PC free of these and with the advantage that it does not consume resources on my hard drive, since it works in the cloud and does not require an installation heavy on the computer

The only disadvantage that I consider has this application is that the free version does not have some protection and connectivity factors that if you have the paid version

Panda provides real time security with regular updates and patches to give a reliable security solution. It also provides decent amount of functionalities to meet the requirements. Also it gives continuous customer support. The installation and usage is kept simple with proper instructions and online support.

Not updating the app regularly can put the system in threat. Panda Endpoint Protection in some cases doesn't handle minor threats (e.g., adwares) properly. Also overall it seems a bit overpriced.

Great product that works across platform, system scanning has been accurate and quick and we have had zero issues getting support when needed.

No mobile support was available, this ended up not applying to us in the end, but does not work well with Deep Freeze.
