Pros/Cons
Pros
- The ability to dig into a backup and retrieve a file without having to download the entire backup is just awesome. I've used this feature multiple times and it's fantastic.
- Acronis has been easy to configure and reliable for offsite backup solution. The ability to integrate with RMM solutions has been greatly beneficial for our company and the companies we support.
- I have Fiber internet now and the upload of data to the cloud backup service is super quick and reliable. Restoring a backup was super helpful recently even though I had only lost a single file.
Cons
- This confuses the user and it get worse when it comes to agent updates - there the one machine can show the actual version wehre the other remains on the pervious build.
- We put in tickets and it takes days to get responses. Probably the worst customer service we've ever experienced.
- Very costly if storing backups in Acronis Cloud. Can be confusing when integrating Acronis EDR and Windows Defender.
Pros
- This is a really easy product to use and it is super reliable. Having Malwarebytes is a big reassurance.
- Overall i recommend you download this software or at least try the free trial because it was a great way to clean my laptop and it made my computer preform better like when I just received it.
- I like the fact that it is easy to use and very good for my computer. I want them to be in good conditions because I use them everyday for my business.
Cons
- The sales person sent a reminder email that was quite condescending and really aggravated me. As a result I did not purchase the enterprise product.
- Software updates and releases frequent and downloading takes a little longer than expected. They remove the threat though.
- Sometimes Malwarebytes doesn't work well with other Antiviruses Services, which leads my system into some problems, for example, Blue Screen and high disk usage.
