  • Pros

  • The best part is it doesn't over alert like some products. If you feel like it does, you can very easily eliminate that alert based on your preferences.
  • Customisation potential. Great graphing utility of stored data - useful for analysis.
  • The app is easy to use and pretty intuitive. Custom support is good too, so that's another plus for the app.
  • Cons

  • IPS and DOS devices are missing (like Mcafee, Arbor). Vpn device entegrastions are also missing.
  • Proactively warning me of issues before they occur, allowing me to focus on other work.

  • There are a lot of good options for configuring meaningful alerts, and lots of good presentations of data.
  • On the website all the information is one click away and you can generate very useful reports, and always be on top of your app. Their customer service is also very fast and pricing is great.
  • Has a great integration with our software stack (python + django)so setup is easy and it captures a great amount of debugging information out of the box.
  • Cons

  • I think it is weird to click on the error timestamp to go to the traceback, but I don't know if there is another way. Also, website does not work well on mobile devices.
  • Navigating to the correct application and environment is so bad it makes me sad every time I have to use it. It became even worse after the ‘redesign.
  • Working with large amounts of instances of the same error or warning can get very frustrating because of the limitations of RQL.
