In addition the support that is provided by Naverisk, from my BDM to the support staff, I would highly recommend Naverisk to any business looking at maximizing their efficiency at a very good cost.

What I like most about Naverisk is that it isn't too complicated but gives you all the useful tools in one window.

With managing our agreements, it was extremely easy to set up and get rolling with. Transitioning was a breeze and I found the support team extremely helpful in the process.

I found the Naverisk RMM and PSA software to be extremely useful in managing my clients and it allowed be to carry out the majority of my management all from the one platform.

We don't use it at all, we use a third party. My last CON is the built in SNMP capabilities are worthless.

The UI can also be difficult to work with as changing settings can be on a  sub-client basis which has cause trouble in the past.

Connectivity to the cloud is somehow restricted for government agencies in Saudi Arabia.

Does not work on any site using a proxy or on cloudflare give false fake ips. I tried it on my site and after 40 tries i never got a real  ip.

My quibbles are that we have received false alarms on occasion, sometimes caused by their server agents, which have been a little flakey sometimes. Also, the pricing can be confusing.

It is very hard to recover the password once the person who set up the service is no longer with the organization.

Things will stop working and give you no indication as to why. You must reach out to support, wait a day or so, they will ask for logs, wait a day or so, provide some feedback.

I can closely monitor critical systems and websites and react before they even know that something is wrong.

Overall the experience has been good. It's very fast and easy to set up.

There are almost to many things you can monitor. The licensing pricing model can be hard to understand also.

It connects with every conceivable network, computer or software to give an amazing array of information. You can even set up a custom integration.
