  • Pros

  • In addition the support that is provided by Naverisk, from my BDM to the support staff, I would highly recommend Naverisk to any business looking at maximizing their efficiency at a very good cost.
  • What I like most about Naverisk is that it isn't too complicated but gives you all the useful tools in one window.
  • Cons

  • Lack of communication when purchased by ECI software.
  • Project Management and Cloud Spaces modules, both are rather useless to us.

  • It supports a large variety of products and services built-in. The agents are fairly easy to install/setup.
  • Easy to use* Web Monitoring* Server monitoring* Integration with many different services and plugins* Log MonitoringOverall a good and not that expensive monitoring service.
  • Cons

  • Connectivity to the cloud is somehow restricted for government agencies in Saudi Arabia.
  • Does not work on any site using a proxy or on cloudflare give false fake ips. I tried it on my site and after 40 tries i never got a real ip.
