Easy to use, and the customer support is excellent indeed. When I have needed it, I've had responses within the hour and usually fixes within that timeframe. Easy to do things like provision SSL and set up backups. Cons: Some of the really useful things like memory usage stats, bandwidth etc. are hidden behind the top level paywall. Seems like they just picked random things to hide behind that extra paywall. Reasons for switching to RunCloud Cost and ownership of the upstream server. Deployment for popular CMS like wordpress is really straight-forward and pretty fast for the default configurations. Cons: A lot of the best features are locked into the top tier of payment, which is not cheap. Unless your business is hosting lots of clients, it probably doesn't make financial sense to pay for that level to manage one or two servers.
