Awesome internal ticketing solution for my team

Internal ticketing can be tricky to get many teams involved and have it works without hiccups. Jetdocs has been awesome for our team as we scale.

PROS

So easy to use, integrates perfectly with my colleagues. The SLAs and priorities are an awesome way to keep my teams on track. Also, having the ability to loop in other users quickly gives us the flexibility we need.

CONS

My only request previously was to add in additional reporting options, which they've now provided. Great to get these team insights.
