  • Pros

  • In less than 6 months it has become a huge component to being able to service customers better. Super simple, great integrations and great customer support from the Reamaze team.
  • Re:amaze was easy to deploy and has a rich toolset to help our staff provide customers with great experiences.
  • The features and value are fantastic. The interface is clean, modern, and easy to navigate.
  • Cons

  • That's an error in your functioning, to make me come up with something I dislike. I dislike you make this a required field.
  • The backed interface for the live chat is awful. Ultimately we decided to leave because the chat function wasn't meeting our needs.
  • Also, there's no built in code syntax highlighter which is essential for technical products where your customers are developers who need sample code as part of the knowledge base articles.

  • I like that it has all the features you need to track and keep a tab on your business, while having the ability to personalize key features. The customer support from day 1 is the best, hands down.
  • The upfront Qualifying and Profiling of your needs is critical in providing the right solution for your biz. The ability to customize fields and create your specific template is awesome.
  • And the customer service is outstanding. We contact them with a change or needing to get something new out of the program and they are very willing to help and quickly get back to me.
  • Cons

  • It doesn't integrate with our Health Information System, although they've tried very hard to get that done.
  • One of the shining lights in the murky CRM industry. Cons: This must be a trick question.
  • We work with many vendors and no one exceeds the customer service level of the folks at SalesNOW.
