About ALTO Accounts Payable


ALTO Accounts Payable is a cloud-based invoice approval solution for companies of all sizes, and is typically used by the oil and gas industry. Users can establish workflows to monitor budgets, create accruals, approve, reject and rework invoices.

With ALTO, users can define and flag critical exceptions as needed. The solution also includes tools to help users manage budgeting and forecasting, inventory, expenses, billing and work orders.

ALTO allows users to rate and provide feedback on each transaction, which helps monitor supplier performance. ALTO’s accounts payable workflow supports integrations with capital, financial and document management systems.

Support is offered through online training sessions, a self-help portal, chat and a ticketing system. Pricing is per transaction.

Get invoices approved internally in one day without any paper

Pros

Streamline the invoice approval process without affecting company policies and proper hierarchy. Flexible workflow.

Cons

When you go from manual to automated the change is different for each employee but once it is implemented and everyone is on board.

"Really easy to follow"

It's been good. The system is very easy to use doesn't really require any training and when I've had questions customer support has been easy to reach and friendly.

Pros

I love that I can approve invoices as fast as I can without the need of paper.

Cons

Would like to have the approval capabilities directly through email. This is something they are now working on and hopefully soon will be available.

All information to approve an invoice in one place"

Have not been using the system for too long but it has been really easy to follow what you are supposed to do next, it also complies with our company policies and procedures so I just need to access the system and view what is relevant to me

Pros

System display invoices in priority order, so I never miss an important invoice that should be approve/ paid soon

Cons

Sometimes too many tabs with information but I guess that the more info better.

Very easy to use

I like this program because ia very simple and transparent, the products received are correctly charged in the invoice so we can be sure what we are paying for.

Pros

The functions of veryfing myself the invoice received with the products.

Cons

It can improve in the visuals but the program is very helpfull
