I would recommend any company which has assets (molds or equipment) located at a supplier site should implement this software. Allows the asset owners to better control and predict asset repair and replacements.
Flexibility, DATA analytics and system response time of the software is excellent. The COAST Teams ability to provide J&J's requests for upgrades quickly is also an excellent customer service feature.

A one stop shop for all the information pertaining to one asset.
The ease of use. It is a great system that is not only easy to utilize, but also easy to teach other users. The "tab" selections make it a lot easier to navigate all the information. I also enjoy having the manual available to refer to for sections I might need a refresher on or if I am exploring a new area. The support team is amazing; from getting the system off the ground and running, to customizing different screens for easier use.
Not everyone is using it. There are many other customers of ours that should be utilizing this system. It would be a great way to have a 'universal language' and expectation.
