EZmaintain offers inventory management, workflow management, asset management, reporting and more. The initial setup and navigation of EZmaintain CMMS was supper fast than I thought, we did not had to struggle much. we have connected IoT sensors to this CMMS no other company till now offers end to end solutions., this is ideal for small to medium companies on budget.
This is only available in the cloud not in server version, would be great if they could visit our factory and help us to get started.

The flow of information is simple, in 3-4 clicks you can complete any task on this tool, being cloud base I my company does not have worry about hosting and IT maintenance, excellent customer support which is most required if you are new to CMMS
The user experience at mobile version should be improved as they don't have app for this SaaS product yet, the website is responsive to fit all screen sizes

It does not currently provide interface to SAP directly via API, you need to take help of their tech team to integrate.
