Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • good easy to use, app is usefull, drop down menus are good

  • Simple to learn and use. Everything presented clearly for quick and easy use.

  • Cons

  • Some updates feel like they take a backwards step but are usually repaired quickly

  • Need to have more of an ability to have a "shop" as a site where an asset doesn't have to be assigned to it. Maybe the feature is there and I just don't know it?

  • Pros

  • The product is easy to use! I like the messages that it sends the customers. The scheduling is amazing. Just an amazing product.

  • This program is very easy to use and within house all has got to be the best I have ever seen

  • Cons

  • Although it is a very user-friendly system, I did have to separate my quickbooks from the server as it didn't merge as well as was originally thought.

  • When you refer other pros if they stay on the free trial till it runs out they wont give you the referral bonus
