Pros/Cons

Pros
good easy to use, app is usefull, drop down menus are good
Simple to learn and use. Everything presented clearly for quick and easy use.

Cons
Some updates feel like they take a backwards step but are usually repaired quickly
Need to have more of an ability to have a "shop" as a site where an asset doesn't have to be assigned to it. Maybe the feature is there and I just don't know it?

Pros
The product is easy to use! I like the messages that it sends the customers. The scheduling is amazing. Just an amazing product.
This program is very easy to use and within house all has got to be the best I have ever seen

Cons
Although it is a very user-friendly system, I did have to separate my quickbooks from the server as it didn't merge as well as was originally thought.
When you refer other pros if they stay on the free trial till it runs out they wont give you the referral bonus
