Mobilize vs Workplace by Facebook

The only improvement I would like is the ability to write descriptions of files uploaded in groups so that people can search for them and understand what they are before downloading.

We came on pretty early and not many features were set in place yet. It pushed us back on on boarding our members to the platform.

Sometimes the tool has errors, but it is good.

I'd only recommend it to large companies because the premium service is quite pricy and the free standard edition quails in comparison.
