Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love Wdesk and the binder module. Customer service is fantastic.

  • Ease of use, no more pencils down, great customer service.

  • Cons

  • Its expensive. I would love for every department in my company to start using it but they always hesitate because of the excessive cost. I think trial periods would be very beneficial.

  • In my IT staff season, I could notice a total liking of the users so I do not generate any contra to choose this software, you can use it in your company without any inconvenience.

  • Pros

  • It's easy to navigate and I like the look of it. The insurance set-up is VERY easy to use and always quick.

  • Great value for the price! It is easy for our employees to navigate. I like the process for open enrollment.

  • Cons

  • Some features of the product still require some admin work. It makes a great user interface but not the backend filing, compliance testing, etc that would eliminate some admin work.

  • Reporting features could be improved- it is something I see Zenefits working on, but I still end up having to massage the reports in excel to get what I need.
