Great support and attention
Excellent support and service. Accessible if we need help and the product is great for a start up!
Pros
The team we worked with was very engaged and supporting in helping us set up and implement this for our team. Lots of great reporting and is used all the time.
Cons
The layout is kind of dated. Plain and boring. It gets the job done but lacks visual appeal. Not as robust as the industry leaders but a lot of features doesn't always mean a great product.

Monitoring health, actions, tasks and interactions in one place
Pros
I like that we can easily get an overview of what are customers and users are doing and not doing, hence enabling us to take action and reach out to customers when needed. Also being able to track what has been done and what's coming up in an easy task management system helps us to ensure that we're on top of things. The support during the set up has also been immensely helpful, with our CSM helping us all the way and supporting us properly throughout the process.
Cons
The most tricky part for us has been setting up the health score, but that's partly due to our own business model.

Amity allows us to manage the customer lifecycle from a single platform - from tracking customer engagement to proactively managing customer value
Cons
Not much for what we use it for. There can be a bit of clutter because the system is quite robust, but it just needs to be optimized for the uses your team has.
