Most in-depth CRM

This is a great CRM and will help any company. Once you get the program setup the best way for your company, there is really nothing this CRM can't track / provide.

Pros

Salesforce is the most in-depth CRM. The truth is SF offers more than what most will ever need. They have not come out with a new "lightning" setting to make navigating even easier.

Cons

With some many options and the amount of customizing you can do, you literally can get lost trying to find and or collect data (many different reports can be generating). If this is your first CRM, it may take some learning and trial and error to figure out what you really need vs the default settings.

Desktop Sales Office

Pros

It is fairly easy to maneuver through and keeps information at hand. It is easy for me to find my contacts and proposals when searching.

Cons

I wish it was more integrated with other programs, maybe a little more user friendly. I have not tried the customer service.

Easy to Learn

Pros

It was a very easy transition learning a new platform from what I had used in the past. And I feel like I’m able to navigate with less steps.

Cons

Like all of these types of systems they are only as good as the info you put into it. The same rule applies here, so I really don’t have anything bad to say so far
