Microsoft Dynamics 365 provides integrated solutions that allow businesses to track leads, automate field service, drive sales and improve operations using mobile, enterprise-ready business apps from the cloud.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 offers supporting apps for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone. Apps are available offline, so users can work without data connectivity and data will sync automatically once a connection is reestablished.

The system’s business apps are designed to be deployed as a package or independently as companies grow and expand, and all work together as part of a larger software solution. It integrates with applications such as Outlook, Lync, SharePoint, OneNote, Word, and other Microsoft applications to minimize double entry and save time.

The system is designed for collaboration where users can interact in Yammer and can quickly add colleagues to projects and meetings. Pricing is per user per month. Support is provided via an online forum, email and phone.

Well, it's made by Microsoft, so it does have a good integration with other Windows products. However, that is about everything I could think of in terms of strength.

Cons

First of all, the system is slow and takes time to process new records. Our sales team consistently comes across crashes and we talk with our internal IT team all the time in regards to these errors. The tabs that you have to click and navigate aren't that intuitive compared to other CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

With all of the affordable sales solutions on the market place I would rather do double entry for our accounting department and use a better CRM that is easy to use and customize. I find it interesting that so many reviews give it high star marks then in the CONS so many of them speak to it not being intuitive and hard to use. Don't you want a CRM that is easy to use and doesn't have a huge learning curve especially in 2018!

Pros

Having a place to keep all contacts and opportunities. Might be good as a back end for management reporting and accounting

Cons

Hard to customize
Not intuitive in the least... Unless you have an access background.
Bad GUI - No good visuals to see what's happening on a day to day basis.
Difficult to learn
Not a good sales tool!

As we are still not able to use completely this software, I might only refer to my experiences from trainings. Dynamics 365 for phones has a lot of bugs and the arrows next or previous page do not work properly all the time.

I love Dynamics now despite the learning curve I had. This software is amazing and I do recommend using this product or at least try it out.

Pros

This software is very easy to manage and is very useful. The software allows you to manage your customer database and partners on a daily base. It also helps with creating detailed reports, tasks, and schedules. This software allows you to stay in contact with all your co-workers. I really love this software and I would recommend other companies to try this software out if they are looking for an easy way to manage their customer database.

Cons

It was a learning curve to understand the charts and graphs at first, but it was easy to understand for me after the 3rd day of playing with the system. One problem I did experience was the system was going slow when emails were full. So I had to make sure the emails didn't get full.

We have several users who are remotely working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. We had a negative and positive impact. At the time of implementation we had many delays because we did not have a very experienced staff. But when Dynamics 365 was working perfectly we had a considerably high ROI. I think it took us a long time to implement it but in the end we managed to obtain the positive results that we were looking for.

Pros

It has an excellent integration with other Microsoft products, which gives us a positive ROI. In addition, Dynamics 365 is very useful for remote users. We managed to track our projects thanks to the programmed emails and sales campaigns (We can schedule projects and meetings). We increase efficiency with automated tasks and workflows. Without a doubt it is a powerful and very efficient software.

Cons

Dynamics 365 is an excellent software, but it is necessary to have an expert staff due to the complexity of its functions (complex learning curve). When we implemented Dynamics 365 we lost a lot of time thanks to complexity.
You have to have IT experts.
