Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Love the ability to fine tune it to how we prefer to use it. Customer support is top notch. I also like the ease of data entry.

  • I like that they are always adding features but on a calculated time frame. Other CRMs I have used were always adding new features but still had glitches they never fixed. I love using Firepoint.

  • Cons

  • The front end could be a little better, but I hear that is coming very soon. Still generates leads and that is the bottom line for our team.

  • No "storage space" online so documents can't be saved.... Not everything can be customized. Besides that, great platform.

  • Pros

  • The interface and side menus are great and the easy of use.

  • Love the accuracy and efficiency of this software. Makes my everyday work flow so much easier and more efficient.

  • Cons

  • The navigation within the internal system can initially be a bit difficult (i.e. the naming of the tabs are not always clear), but once you know where to click, it's not too bad.

  • Background workflow good but still not as flexible as others, Salesforce service cloud for example.
