Pros/Cons

Pros
Love the modern user interface and app is lightweight and fast
It is an excellent price. If you don't have the funds to purchase a more extensive CRM, this is an excellent choice.

Cons
Some of the menus are a bit difficult to find without doing a bit of digging, but other than that, it is a good program for tracking timesheets/schedules
Email limitations may be annoying but then that makes it a business as options are available if you would subscribe to premium priced packages

Pros
It's really easy to use and with a great price.
This software is very easy to use. The new format released looks nice and handles our support needs in a very seamless manner.

Cons
Initially, UI was confusing. Gets a little time for initial setup. Once the setup is done, it becomes easy to use.
With the simplicity of Zoho Desk came a lack of more advanced tools. Otherwise, no complaints.
