Oracle CRM On Demand is a cloud-based suite containing integrated, business applications that enable organizations to make decisions and manage costs of operations. The suite includes customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed to help sales, service and marketing departments make information-driven decisions and manage costs and performance. It helps streamline business processes and allows key divisions to draw references from the same source of data.

Sales applications include sales force automation, sales order management and channel management. Marketing applications include marketing automation, marketing resource management and tradeshow management. Service applications include customer service, field service, call center and self-service.

Oracle CRM On Demand also consists of applications for managing operations related to services, finance, human capital, project portfolio and supply chain.

Support is available through an online knowledge base and via phone.

It is a costly option and a little complicated to understand. However, it is a tool that offers great possibilities to undertake, solve problems in the work found in an incredible way the best solution. We use the CRM system to improve communication in the work team, so we all work at the same pace and synchronize the progress made by each one of us, in addition to using our information on the platform to find new clients.

Pros

I have used the CRM system for many years in my professional career, I believe it is an indispensable tool for the realization and direct interaction with clients and with different users. It has the necessary information at my fingertips, which is very important to do an excellent job in the shortest possible time. In addition, the creation of reports allows the automation of the management, in this way it obtains a vital orientation of learning and orientation. I can create lists of new users and potential clients to maintain a better administration and organization, thus facilitating my channeling.

Cons

The experience from the beginning was not entirely simple, it was a long and tedious process to understand in detail the correct use of both the software in general and the CRM system, the training process took a little time and we were even forced to search vocational training. The interface is another problem, it is not visually attractive or attracts a lot of attention, there are tools that I did not get and those I had at my disposal did not understand their operation very well. In general, the workflow is quite complex, which makes its use completely difficult.

Oracle CRM On Demand is the best we tried! It's been a continuous process to find a CRM that fits our needs as a growing organization. Oracle CRM provided so many solutions with their platform that we've found a winner!

Cons

The integration to load our previous CRM's information in took a bit of time to transition in. Once this was done everything was smooth, this was the most time consuming part of the start up process.

Is perfect for the management of multiple sales teams in multiple locations, there are no limits for integration with other platforms, especially with Ofice365. is totally intuitive and promotes collaboration and teamwork, superior generation of reports and reports (customization), agility in the search for information (Opportunities and budgets)

Cons

Is a bit slow, it requires a great and experienced internal support for optimal results, it is very expensive for small companies, the user experience is not the best, the interface was not visually attractive, it is rigid. Workflows and mail notifications are deficient. The user experience on a mobile device was not the best.

It would be nice to be able to filter by part number instead of just by account or opportunity.

Oracle is a great tool for multiple people trying to on the same page. It makes it easy to see where a project is at in it's stage. You can also read multiple reports on a certain job.

Cons

Oracle is a complex tool. Once you learn the system it works great, but learning is difficult. It is difficult because there are so many different things to do with the tools.

I would recommend them to check it out. I actually work with 5 different manufacturers on their sites, and I find this one to be the easiest to learn, with the most flexibility.

Almost four months and the support team can't fix basic problems, like creating new costumer or displaying proper language localization. The salesman promised lots of things, but most of them are out of the scope of the basic license, so you need to pay for multiple modules in order to make things work, otherwise, you just have a really basic CRM not worth the money (many free CRM can do way better). Go for it ONLY if you are a really big company with lots of transactions and paying a lot of money in licenses, otherwise, the support team will ignore your requests.

Pros

The only good thing about this software is the robust database.

Cons

Not stable, lots of problems with installation and bugs that not even the "best" support teams could fix.

You could basically have all the customer's information handy and access to such information is very simple. I truly like the way it's so easy to use and configure and that I can create as many reports as I wish depending on what I need.
Customer service is also great! they're fantastic assisting you with any issue you may encounter while using it.

Cons

The importing process is a bit too long for my taste if you encounter any errors along the process. However, I am aware Oracle is trying to improve the error messages so it's easier for the user to identify and fix any error.

The tracking interactions was okay and the dashboards for looking at your interactions with your customers were great as well.

Cons

Everything was so slow and I needed it to be more of an automated process rather than typing out every little thing that I did. I didn't have time to log every single interaction with my client.

The reports are accurate and can be downloaded with an excellent speed. It hardly had a service down alerts. It can handle several different tasks that would need to be performed in an organization. It also depends on how many modules the company purchases and decides to use. It shows priority leads which helps to stay organized and provides a proper dashboard of leads pipeline.

Cons

Appearance of user interface is not appealing. It makes the procedure very lengthy as it involves multiple steps. Also the workflows & UI are both designed in such a manner which makes it very complicated to use. It is not user friendly and also cannot be accessed in mobile phones.

This software has really allowed us to improve our customer engagement, keep our systems more organized and let our team focus on other tasks because we don't have to worry about managing our CRM. This product does a lot of the heavy lifting with keeping things in a nice and neat package with a nice looking user interface and lets our team collaborate no matter where they are. They also offer training for new agents to get familiar with the program which frees up our staff.

Cons

We haven't really run into any major issues with this product as of yet. Customer support can be a little troublesome to get in touch with but once you have a dedicated account representative this goes a lot smoother.
