Telemation is an on-premise customer relationship management (CRM) solution for call centers offered by Database Systems Corp. (DSC). Telemation provides users with its own telephony system and uses computer telephony integration (CTI) to provide many advanced call and call routing functions.
The CTI functionality provides users with features like outbound predictive dialing and inbound call distribution (ACD) and interactive voice response (IVR). Telemation offers integration with third-party PBX phone systems from Nortel, Aspect and Rockwell.
Telemation combined with DSC's PACER call center phone system supports remote agents who can operate from home. DSC's solution caters to call centers of all sizes ranging from as low as eight agents to nationally recognized enterprises.
Telemation offers services on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, FAQs and through an online knowledge base.
