Zoho offers a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution tailored to the needs of small and midsized businesses. Its interface includes CRM tools such as sales and marketing automation, customer support and a help desk, product configuration and reporting and customer analytics.

Zoho CRM offers multichannel support, allowing businesses to connect with their customers via email, live chat, phone and through social media. The gamification feature allows businesses to gamify their sales process and reward employees who achieve their targets. The mobile edition gives users access to sales activities and customer info on iPad, iPhone and Android devices.

Zoho CRM's Blueprint helps in automating sales processes by defining workflows and macros for regular activities. Zoho can integrate with several existing software solutions, including Google Docs, Microsoft Office and Sharepoint. It also offers add-on applications designed for specialized business, collaboration and productivity needs.

I used the mail service of Zoho. The free package is very capable and provide many good features for about 25 accounts. Pretty decent.

Cons

Connecting the email service to Godaddy domain was a pain. Also, configuring the domain on the Zoho's end was very hard and confusing. It is way more simpler with Google for business.

This is a very reasonably priced product with a lot of capability for marketing and tracking leads. You can set up campaigns and manage workflows with it. You can import contact lists. Zoho has very good products.

Cons

I found it somewhat challenging to get set up and organized well. I had trouble understanding the support personnel due to foreign accents.

We have made the decision to abandon Zoho after about a year of use. The utter lack of support from customer service, the questionable data handling, etc have made it just much more trouble than it is worth. We have found another solution from an industry leader which will cost us about HALF of what we are currently spending for Zoho, but offers so much more functionality. I will review that one once we've had a chance to see how it functions!

Pros

The CRM has many of the tools you'd expect, and the user interface is easily navigable. Nothing earth shattering or special about Zoho.

Cons

It does not sync with its own campaign module with any consistency or in a timely or accurate fashion. We have had a hard time reaching customer service, people have opted out and yet continue to receive emails, field mapping changes and user defined fields go missing, and on and on. Reporting is underwhelming, syncing is intermittent at best, and we have dozens of instances that call into question the integrity of the data.

We love it and affordable for small bus.

Pros

Integration as a small business we don't have the know how or money to integrate various software vendors products. It must all fit together out of the box. Each time I need a new functionality Zoho One has it alreadyfully integrated to the CRM.

Cons

The Calendar is a bit basic, hard to print out and color code. I could have used some more explanation of the THEORY of how the database worked and linked modules. Hardest part for me is integrating books and CRM still good though mostly because I am a novice user.

Great for your first CRM.

Pros

Easy to set-up. Easy to import contacts from spreadsheets. Easy to enter, assign, and track opportunities. Adminstration is also fairly easy. Adding users and viewing their deals is very easy.

Cons

Setting up links to other systems is challenging. I haven't been able to get my MailChimp account linked yet. This must require a higher skill level than I have.

Very positive, never raised a ticket or questions the customer services, their support documentation and just uptime and user-friendlyness has been perfect for us over the last couple of years, I can't think of anythign negative to say.

Pros

The suite of tools all designed for productivity and communication in mind. This has enabled me to deal with myriad software projects, I keep my clients in the loop, my devs and pertinent project management stays in order, financial records, payments and record keeping and above all else, time management and communication. Compartmentalisation ensures that my sales guys see what they need, development guys and clients all see what they need without intersecting unless required. I, as the administrator can oversee all and ensure everything is happening in a timely and smooth manner. I utilise their mobile apps as well so that I can stay in the loop while away from the computer, be it on the train or on holiday.

Cons

The price point for me is well worth it because it is a fraction of the net worth of even one of the myriad projects that I am able to develop utilising this suite of software. However, I imagine that a smaller operation might well find the top tier pricing out of their league, there are alternatives, though none that I can imagine are as useful as Zoho, I've tried a few over the years and we didn't stick with any of those whereas we have gone with Zoho for the reasons mentioned above. That being said, there are free versions which would fit smaller outfits and cheaper options than the top tier.

We have been using Zoho CRM for about a year now, and we just love that everything we need to manage our contacts and leads are within the Zoho CRM Solution. If the included fields aren't enough, you can easily create your own, and Zoho makes sales and marketing automation quite easy since everything is in the dashboard. No need to use several different tools and software which saves both time and money.

Cons

I think the only thing that needs improvement with Zoho is that the UI feels dated. A cleaner, flatter interface would be nice, but this isn't really something that affects performance, just aesthetics.

Cons

You have to enter forecast information, which may skew results. For example, when engaging in a trade show, you can set up a profile of what you want to obtain for leads, revenue, etc. but sometimes this is difficult to predict so it makes a feature like this somewhat useless.

Zoho was a great system that made communicating with other team members a lot easier and stress free. I was on a University Student Council creating events for all students - by working well with other members, we were able to deliver effectively on the projects we took on!

Extremely easy to customise and integration with gmail is great. Being able to setup reminders as pop-ups/emails also makes sure things dont get missed. Also useful tagging team members to take on certain tasks.

Cons

One of the biggest drawbacks is that you cant personalise settings such as I want reminders to be pop-ups not emails but it always goes back to default settings. While it is a real-time tool, an offline sync version would be great for usage in low covered internet locations.
