Zoho offers a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution tailored to the needs of small and midsized businesses. Its interface includes CRM tools such as sales and marketing automation, customer support and a help desk, product configuration and reporting and customer analytics.

Zoho CRM offers multichannel support, allowing businesses to connect with their customers via email, live chat, phone and through social media. The gamification feature allows businesses to gamify their sales process and reward employees who achieve their targets. The mobile edition gives users access to sales activities and customer info on iPad, iPhone and Android devices.

Zoho CRM's Blueprint helps in automating sales processes by defining workflows and macros for regular activities. Zoho can integrate with several existing software solutions, including Google Docs, Microsoft Office and Sharepoint. It also offers add-on applications designed for specialized business, collaboration and productivity needs.

The dashboard is very user friendly and I do like the deals tab, makes it easier to track potential deals so they don't get lost under a pile!

Cons

While the UI is easy to use, it does feel very dated and it's not really sleek. There are better CRM programs out there.

The truth is that the price and the platform is good, good business growth with this is opted for. Easy to include equipment and interests of customers to help with sales, you just have to keep improving.

Pros

Its form in the management of mail is highly integrated to what the platform offers, likewise the excellent way in which you can manage the contacts and to be able to know the potential clients doing follow-ups of it, it also helps me a lot to facilitate a report of detailed and easy way.

Cons

The upload of files is completely difficult and slow despite having a good internet connection, I think that is a negative point because for these dates the average user wants to do everything faster and more efficiently. Another negative point is the difficult integration of networks to this platform, its learning curve is a bit difficult too.

I would reccomend this platform to small shops and people with the time to fully explore all of Zoho's platforms, they do work nicely together.

Pros

Zoho CRM can be setup in a million different ways to achieve customized work flows.
Zoho has the ability to visually map out your processes and attach the desired functions directly within the flow chart which greatly improves the ability for a business to enhance processes.
Zoho also has some of the best integrations on the market including the use of Zaps (zapier)
The Zoho one platform is incredibly proce friendly for a one or two person shop.
Support Is free and pretty responive

Cons

Users without experience in other Soho platforms may become frustrated easily, support Is mostly foreign so language barriers make it tough to communicate user interface issues.
Zoho CRM is not as user friendly as some applications and at times makes me think of the platform as being a glorified spreadsheet.

I used Zoho at my part time work as a call center executive, so we couldn't do direct calling as it was set up with Skype and it wouldn't connect with any VOIP, and sometimes when we had technical issues we cannot reach the customers service promptly especially during weekends.

All good and pretty decently priced but I feel there are some better options available.

Pros

It works pretty well for a smaller company that wants to start with something new. It had an older look to it and ive heard its been updated since Ive used it. It can handle account maintenance really well and you can customize it to your liking. I used it for a sales role and it works well with transitioning accounts.

Cons

It was a little clunky in some of the customization work and it had pretty set rules with how certain things are done. Completing tasks and converting opportunities. If youre comfortable with any certain way of doing something this will make you have to change.

My problem is customer support, when it glitches and you have a question, it is a mission impossible to get immediate support. after waiting for 3 or 4 days someone calls you from India with such of strong accent it is hard to communicate, the 2 times I had to contact them I got 2 extremely rude people, he was yelling at me and only stopped when I told him he wasn't trying to help me and I will record him then he changed his attitude, bottom line the software is ok, is easy to use, but customer support is worthless

Is easy to use not a big deal, you get what you pay for

I couldn't say anything is wrong, beside 1 or 2 glitches per year

It's hard to find something that I like about the Zoho Software really. Let's just say getting some emails.

Cons

The software is not the best. You tend to lose some emails because of the way it organizes it. Had some trouble in the past with this. The app doesn't really update in all it's versions the same, meaning that if you see an email in Chrome, for example, it still marks it as unread in your phone app. It's kind of frustrating. The calendar application is almost impossible to use. I'm not the admin but did try to use it from different users and still could not use it.

Easy to use and locate all my clients based on different criteria. I love that I can easily add them to different categories so that I can download them as and when needed and send out different offers to different clients.

Cons

It's not always the most reliable as it's web based. And the cost can be a little off putting, especially when you're paying out for other zoho packages as well.

It has great features like telephony that allows the administrator to communicate with our clients all over the country inside zoho CRM. It is a great product in managing a large company in a single computer.

Cons

The support team sometimes can embarrass you. I had an issue about functionalities of various features where the support team was not there for me when i needed them most. They delayed their response for too long.
