Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • - Customization - Ease of Use - Great Customer Support - Always improving the services and product

  • There is almost no boundaries to what you can create. Reporting is very good!

  • Cons

  • Desktop version seems to be good. But with mobile version, I did face some syncing issues. But it was once in a while.

  • I struggle to find anything wrong, except for my personal dislike of the new report format, but i have the option to use the classic one so i can't really complain there either!

  • Pros

  • Very configurable and stable platform. Customer support is awesome.

  • Active development and great customer support. Covers all features our quality department required.

  • Cons

  • Awaiting enhancement releases Cority answers issues quickly, Cons are infrequent and resolved quickly

  • Training when releases come out! AND It often feels like new things come with a cost and it’s hard to keep going back and asking for money each time.
