Pros/Cons

Pros
love that there is an app. Map is very ease to use. i like being able to grab certain sections of a state or catgorize certain acct types
- System was extremely easy to use on the desktop or in the app - App was great to have while on the road - Print out of routes and optimizes to best possible route

Cons
Had some problems getting it set up, but worked through them with customer service and got out working properly.
The cost is high, I wish it was less expensive per month. I understand the value but it would be nice if you offer special programs every once in awhile to help with cost.

Pros
I love this company, and the hands on customer service! No drama, only results! and great prices!
Great staff. Easy to talk to and excellent ideas for our site.

Cons
The website backend wasn't very easily customizable, but any edits requested were handled prompty by the Marketing360 team. I would prefer a bit more control, but overall a great experience.
l noticed the more you download onto your phone the app runs slow. Not sure why but other than that love it.
