Pros/Cons

Pros
It's very easy to use collaboration tool. Very good integration with Jira. It has very nice document version control feature. A lot lot lot many other functionalities.
Easy too use, it has plenty of features and can solve many problems for cooperation

Cons
The only drawback is that it's not very user friendly, however Atlassian does provide good tutorials, and I take advantage of that.
Confluence has most features needed for my work, but it can be difficult to format code and mathematical equations easily.

Pros
I love this software. The sute is well managed and the customization options are fantastic. You can store a lot of information,securely,on this site
Access to credentials is easy and painless. The RunBook export was really amazing and well laid out. It made us look very professional.

Cons
The licenses for IT Glue can be quite pricey, however, they are ultimately worth it, the integration alone makes up for the costs.
Not a lot of ability to customize the documentation containers. Sort of "as is" although it works very well for how it "should" be utilized.
