Pros/Cons

Pros
Super user friendly and intuitive. It has made training much easier.
I like the dashboard screen, very handy to have. The simplicity of the program is great. The ability to manage rates is a big plus.

Cons
It could be perfect if we can split a multiple folio to guests in a same reservation.
The system has limitations on customization, if this could be looked at this would be very helpful. More reports should be added as the current reports are not very detailed.

Pros
It is super easy to use. Resonalby price and great support when you need it.
I like the simplicity of it but it offers a lot at the same time. It’s very easy to use and affordable I would recommend to anyone

Cons
Setting up the seasons and rates is a little tedious, but once you've done it a few times it makes sense.
Probably the discounting and putting sale prices on the system could use a little improvement but it still works well.
