Aero Chef from Kott Software is a flight kitchen management system designed particularly for the airline industry. It includes several modules to manage various hospitality tasks, such as menu management, recipe builder, inventory, and financial management.

To help with cleaning duties, the system has housekeeping and laundry modules that feature customizable cleaning methods and rates and integrate with the front office module. The setup module allows new users to establish details about the airline caterers, and the front office module manages check-in and check-out, as well as customer profiles.

The hospitality management system can also handle conversions of multiple types of currencies, and buy and sell amounts are automatically calculated based on the daily rate entered. Finally, the financial accounting functions help manage different types of books, such as cash books, bank books or general ledgers, and can generate reports on balances, profits and losses. The solution is available both on-premises and cloud.

I love the ability they have to quickly respond to any current problems or questions that might come up.

I would be more careful with the marketing team as I once asked them specifically to contact me via email only and they kept on contacting me via cell phone

works great. easy to view documents in emails before having to download them and then I can choose to do so.

Cons

hate the layout. everything is too light. my sametime isn't a part of it so I have to open that separately. no refresh button

Pros

This software have good features with attractive user friendly interface. Generating of reports also made easy with crystal reports being integrated.

Cons

The setting up of the software is not easy as I thought. And thus, I think the developers have to review it and make it more instructional.

Pros

The pages were laid out in a very easy to understand manner to make employee on-boarding a lot quicker and easier than before.

Cons

Sometimes the pages took a little too long to load. Pages timed out occasionally. Font a littler small in some areas for people with poor eyesight.
