Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I find the software to be very user friendly and find it easy to train new staff. Also, a fantastic support team!

  • My Wife enjoys working with it! I learned the basics in half an Hour.

  • Cons

  • I wish there was a place that would quickly note any food allergies or special needs when the reservation comes in. Currently that material under Notes is rather buried.

  • There are a few additions I would like to see with the system, however I wouldn't call these cons. There's always room for improvement in any product and I look forward to seeing new offerings.

  • Pros

  • So many features, easy to use the basics. I like the bulk email templates and email service. Easy connection to OTA's and great booking engine. The Front Desk feature is priceless

  • This software is so easy to use and provides so many added features.

  • Cons

  • Group reservations are a little cumbersome but it's because of all the details they include. They are in the process of simplifying it.

  • Difficulty in finding directions for performing many functions and where to perform that function. Lack of a good point of sale program (hoping the new one will work well).
