Peek Pro is a cloud-based solution for tour and activity operators of all sizes.

The software helps activity operators by providing their websites with an online booking management engine and centrally manages online, offline and third-party reservations.

The software also allows users to create customized reports, track website analytics, manage referral channels and more.

Peek Pro allows for walk-ins, up-selling or cross-selling products and add-ons. Seats and equipment are allocated automatically at the time of booking. The software also provides real-time syncing, which helps users manage overbooking and cancellations.

Peek Pro users receive automatic reminders and follow-up emails. Users can also use the review collection tool to capture details of tours.

Seems to have a lot of functionality and maybe more than I required. More cost at the end of the day once they take their percentage.

Cons

Poor customer care. Very complex. Not all my employees would be able to learn how to use the software.

Add the option to blackout time slots, not just full days. Allow me to link Peek reviews to my website (not trip adviser reviews, the ones clients make on Peek). it would be nice if support would ever get back to me instead of just telling me “we’ll be in touch shortly”. I’ve never had anyone follow up with me. I’ve always had to contact them again.

Pros

The configuration setup is solid I guess. I have to use 100 characters minimum so I suppose that will have to do.

Cons

Cannot link customer reviews made on Peek to website. Cannot blackout time slots, only full days. PeekPro support never seems to respond. I constantly have to follow up to see if they even received my initial request for support.

Horrible, really nonexistent customer service. They never fulfilled any of their original guarantees. I had to build items myself when they simply ignored me after purchase. Their system is convoluted and funcition very poorly with little to no ability to customize.

Honestly, their team is incompetent and definitely won't make your business any of their worries. I have used Peek for a couple of years until I couldn't take it with their lack of professionalism and finally switch with FareHarbor as my online booking and couldn't be happier of this decision!

Pros

We were one of their first customers. They were good the first few months and on top of everything but after the first year it was the end of the world!

Cons

They barely reply to their email or return phone calls. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They are not professional at all. Their chargeback department is the worst one ever. They have lost every single of my chargeback even thought I have ALWAYS provided them of: a copy of the credit cardholder driving license, signed waiver, completion invoice...and proof that the customer came to our facility and used our services. Customer support representative has no idea what they are doing andthey will be getting back to you once a month when they feel like it! Nobody in this company will take care of your business.

The Worst Reservation Provider

Avoid this company at all costs.

Pros

Not a single positive thing to say. That I no longer have to use it or depend on their customer support, I suppose that is a positive. The sudden acquisition of ZOZI was a terrible experience for account holders. The service provided by Peek was so bad, we finally had to just cancel the account and rebuild our entire reservation system in the middle of peak season.

Cons

The acquisition of Zozi by Peek was a disaster for Zozi account holders. The customer service was terrible from the very first go.

We haven't had any issues with the PeekPro software. The backend is easy to understand and it's made things easier with customer being able to book quickly online. I am looking forward to getting more training on the reporting.

We just switched to PeekPro and everything from the sales process to on boarding has been wonderful. Our sales person was a major help, very patient and thorough. The on boarding team did a great job of training and implementing the software. We are excited to launch Peek & immediately have booking capabilities, very easy to learn and use!

they dont let you delete an activity once its been created and booked. You can remove it from availability but you cant wipe it from the system.

The onboarding experience from speaking with my rep to going live was good and smooth. We had a small snag with getting the mobile platform to be correctly updated but the rep was able to get that sorted out and I received my first booking through the system. After the booking came through I was able to call into their partner support team to update my account a bit to make sure the online booking process is as smooth as possible for my customers. So far the service has been very good.

PeekPro has allowed me to accept reservations for my business even while I'm working my other job. It gives me peace of mind to know my customers are finding the information they need even if they are not on the phone with me.

Pros

I like the calendar feature. My customers are able to browse for their date and time without having to talk to me on the phone.

Cons

I used to get an email when someone would book and it would give me the information I needed for them. I no longer receive emails and noone seems to know why.

I love working with Peek Pro. The interface on the backend is the easiest to use compared to any other booking platforms that I've worked with. The onboarding was especially fantastic. It was the easiest onboarding process I've done. Simply put, they listen and respond. For example, even when my onboarder was out of town and I needed help I was still able to get ahold of them and they immediately helped me.

Cons

There's nothing I haven't liked. The ease of use, easy onboarding, and great customer service have been fantastic.

Everything has been very smooth ever since switching over to Peek. The Peek system is definitely user friendly. Having the calendar on the website is awesome, it looks so much better than before.

I get a lot of bookings through trip advisor, and I get notifications on my phone when those come through and its very easy to put those guests into Peek.
The app is awesome!

The training was nice and quick. Overall the software is great.

I liked the bootcamp emails. There is a lot to learn and that can be overwhelming The emails helps break the the info to smaller parts. They cover something that is doable and easy to cover in a few minutes. I can always refer back to the emails as a reference. It was easier to manage small tasks instead of working on everything at once.

The product sections is really clear. I like the way everything is organized. It is easy to use and not hard to modify any of the info.

Cons

The configuration section can be confusing. It would be nice to have the structure should be redone. This could be something similar to Quickbooks where they have a simple configuration and more complex configuration tab.
