Pros/Cons

Pros
The service, follow up and attention to detail were fantastic.
They were quick and detailed in moving our files and keeping us up and open for business! They have been very responsive to our service requests.

Cons
Sometimes doesn't meet all our unique needs, but overall an excellent product.
The section for creating your own emails is a little hard to understand, otherwise no real dislikes.

A few reports are a bit inadequate, but far superior still
Customizing is not the easiest. There are a few features I wish I could change or customize but overall it's a great product
