A true game changer in the hiring process.
Time. I am able to review 10 virtual interviews in the time it would take me to complete one phone screen. I can share it with other users/managers and compare candidates easily. It changes the hiring system from hiring the first acceptable candidate to being able to review all candidates and hiring the most qualified. I've used this system for 5 years and couldn't imagine not having it now. Feel free to contact me directly for a reference. I highly recommend this system.
Pros
It allows me to review 10 virtual interviews in the time it would take to complete 1 phone screen. I can share the virtual interview with other users/managers and can compare candidates easily. This is a time saver all the way around and lets us review all candidates to hire the most qualified vs. just the first acceptable candidates. I have used this system for 5 years in both a large company setting and a small company setting and it is fantastic in both. I would encourage any company to try this system. It will change they way you hire and save a ton of time in the process.

I have used this in my recruiting for clients. Especially good for busy CEO's
I used it with clients that I was recruiting for. I was able to ask specific questions about qualifications, screen the interviews and email to client. Big time saver.
Pros
Ease of use. Can develop your own screening questions. Screen out non-qualified applicants. Big time saver for initial screening . Eliminates phone calls initially.
Cons
Can't remember any problems with it. Technology is always a challenge for me. Usually have someone set it up and type in questions for me.

Great addition to our recruitment tools
A great addition to our functionality, our candidates really like it. It's easy to use for them, and for us it gives us a great insight into candidates prior to inviting them for an interview.

It is easy to use. It doesn't take long to learn how the software works and to implement it in a team of recruiters.
