Gets the job done but not impressive in its intuitiveness
We use Infor Lawson for main our HRIS. I serves as the backbone for our employee data import to our learning management systems. However, training on the system has proven difficult over the last few years. The system is adequate for our needs, but the user interface, though recently updated, is hardy intuitive.
Pros
This a simple system and widely used, so the user community is vast and knowledgeable. It integrates well with some of our systems.
Cons
The user interface is sometime difficult to train. Recent updates have been made, but the systems still lags behind some of its prominent competitors.
