MindTickle Learning Board is a cloud-based Learning Management System that focusses on social and game-based learning. The solution is fit for the tech industry, retail, education, travel, e-commerce and telecommunications. The solution introduces social and game-oriented mechanics and makes training painless and even fun. It includes active learning practices so that users remain engaged in the content, rather than simply skimming the page. The solution sends out emails and reminders to trainees to boost participation and to make certain that those needing training are actively completing each task
Reports can be both high-level and complex and can include results on participation, learner's progress and content interaction. These reports can be customized to include information on any particular level, topic, or learning object needed depending on the user's needs.
Support is provided via phone.
Love Mindtickle! It's great for continued training and keeping track of scores.
No cons. I love working with it so far!

Creating modules is easy. Great to assign to certain parts of the organization.
A bit of a learning curve, but once you hit it, it is easy.
At first glance, the finished product looks really nice and you want it to be the last sales enablement platform you'll ever buy.
However, once you start building courses and other things, you realize it's really difficult to author. You're limited to adding objects like text, video, images, but they don't flow together. Who really wants to view a PDF as a training tool?

Sometimes the answers don't register completely and I have do enter them again which can be annoying and you can cheat so the admin doesn't always get the most accurate results
Sometimes the answers don't register and the percentage isn't complete so I have to go back and take the survey again so I don't like that too much
I'm not sure if it's MindTickle that's great, our sales ops team or both, but MindTickle, is a great way to receive content, so I can watch short training videos by a certain date as well as go back to those when I need them.
My only issue is sometimes I feel like I don't need a training as I received it elsewhere and I cannot skip the training. I have to watch the whole training, but that is probably not MindTickle's fault/issue :)
