Replicon TimeAttend, part of the Time Intelligence Platform, is a cloud-based workforce management solution that helps businesses across various industries to streamline time tracking and manage payrolls of their employees. The solution also helps businesses to comply with labor laws.

Replicon TimeAttend can be set up to send automatic reminders to ensure timesheets get submitted and approved on time. The solution helps businesses to manage employee absence, calculate overtime and handle breaks. It features functionality to manage accruals, usage and balance calculations for different time off policies in an organization.

Replicon TimeAttend gives employees visibility into the schedules assigned to them. The change for the topic "Time Off Types" costs more time now. Because you have to select, add and save. Repeat with all further steps. Also no possibility to set a Deputy in a easy way.

Replicon is a good solution; it has all the features we use in the Company and the customer service is excellent.

Pros

All my questions are answered in a matter of minutes. I have never had to wait for a representative to be available.

Cons

I don't see cons in the software, but since it is a robust app, there is always a learning curve. Users need to study how to create reports and how to customize further the reports to meet the needs. My advise is always call support for them to create the reports for you.

With the ability to add custom fields and subsequently sort and report on any of these fields this tool is outstanding.

Pros

Ability to makes changes pertinent to our business model, even if said models evolve quickly. Using estimated hours/estimated costs for project management, customer billing and budget-based execution is something not found in some of the competing products.

Cons

Reporting engine is pretty robust as well, but would significantly benefit from greater control, categorization and scheduling. Although this is not a payroll system replacement, a few additions in this direction would be beneficial. The ability to calculate and categorize premium time (OT, Comp, Credit earned etc.) would benefit institutions that book these entities differently to offset future clearance.

Accuracy on meal premium awards - This has been our biggest challenge with the system as it randomly assigns meal premium penalty. So far we have not been able to solve this problem without creating additional ones.

Overall, I have been happy with Replicon. The reports is excellent and exactly what I need for company payrolls. On top of this, Replicon has outstanding customer support teams. They are all very knowledgeable.

Pros

User friendly software, easy to navigate.

Cons

Some of the features are worse than Gen 2 in my personal opinion. For example, new employee set up in Gen 2 was pretty straight forward whereas in Gen 3 we have to add access manually (ie: chose the template for time sheet/exp, add time off type manually one by one, the add supervisor is very little and most likely to be missed out, etc). View receipts sometimes does not work with one browser (ie: chrome), I have to keep switching the browser to be able to see receipts in expenses.

I had a contract gig through a placement agency, and was required to submit my time through 2 portals, one with the agency, and the other (Replicon) through the company I was doing work with. Replicon was by far the simpler to use and manage, plus the mobile app made it convenient if I'd forgotten to track time onsite.

Pros

Super easy to use. Clean, clear interface. Very responsive to input.

Cons

Nothing bad to say, except I wish other apps worked this well.

Overall, the experience for myself as Admin and the Users have been positive. Recently we had some difficulty working with some customized data fields, and the issue was rectified by Replicon Support quickly, efficiently and with the utmost of professionalism.

Great service. When I call the help desk cares and does a nice job!

Pros

The software is easy to use and it allows my team to track their time which in turn helps me know: (a) how much to pay them and (b) respond to customer's request on how much time have we taken with a respective project (during a time period or year to date). As a result, Replicon saves me time.

Cons

If an employee makes a common mistake on multiple timesheets that I can not fix it all at once vs. having to open up each worksheet (i.e. an activity is "billable" but they marked it as not billable." It doesn't happen often but when it does I should have the option.

Replicon is much better than the manual timesheets we used to have to fill out forever ago. It makes it easier for managers to approve their employee's time.

Pros

Replicon makes it easy to record my time daily and automatically enters holidays and my approved time off on my timesheet If I need to look back at past timesheets, or re-open an old sheet it is easy and user friendly with just a click. All the information you need is easy to find on either the Timesheet or Time Off tabs. I can quickly see my Vacation and Sick time balances.

I like that when time is approved I receive an email and don't have to go back to the software to check.

Cons

The drop down's where you select the Program/Project to post time to is a little daunting at first, however I think it is more how our particular company set this up than it is an actual issue with the software's functionality.

The software is quite user-friendly. It has a lot of functionalities, out of which I don't believe we're even using everything.
It's very easy to get support and you can chat if you prefer or get a call when you need to speed things up. The support representatives are always very polite and eager to help.

Cons

Perhaps as there are quite a lot of functionalities I am not always able to determine how changing one option can impact something else. In those cases I usually search for the help of the support to make sure I'm not missing something.
