Pros/Cons

Pros
great configuration and super easy to customise
Excellent features and easy to use. Mobile phone app is very good.

Cons
At the time the AD integration wasn't live and we had to duplicate our data entry efforts. That's now been resolved.
The only con is how the software is difficult right out of the box. It's extremely powerful so it does take a little bit of time to get used to it.

Pros
Just installed this program at my 4th location. The customer rep was a pleasure to work with. Love the program and the support. Can not go wrong with this software.
The upfront cost is small to none and it is very easy to use.

Cons
I can't say that I have a least. They have always have been professional and courteous.
The software itself seems to work just fine. It's the service from the people that brings down the product.
