About REACS Inventory Optimization Software
REACS is an on-premise and cloud-based inventory management and optimization solution for warehouses, field locations and mobile service fleets. The primary focus of REACS is on order points. Users can set minimum and maximum stock levels for stock keeping units (SKU) in multiple locations. REACS works with users’ existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and it forecasts, calculates and uploads order points required by the ERP system.
It collects sales history data and unit cost values from users’ existing ERP systems and interprets that information to automatically calculate minimum and maximum values each day.

Great product for field service inventory management
We implemented REACS at a foodservice equipment company where I was VP Operations. Our challenge was having the right parts in our 70 service trucks which were remotely located across Western Canada. First time fix was very important to us but with all trucks carrying the same stock we were unable to achieve our desired customer service levels. REACS allowed us to carry different stock on each truck that was appropriate for the equipment population being serviced. Our first time fix rate significantly improved while our overall inventory went down, in some trucks by half! REACS runs in the background and updates min/max levels based on usage. Bill was a wealth of information and with his help setting up the parameters we were able to turn stock in the trucks and warehouse much more efficiently
