Pros/Cons

Pros
The ease of use is outstanding and the customer service is AMAZING
Ease of use and kindness of support team are nice. Reporting is fairly robust. Pretty easy to navigate.

Cons
There really isn't anything I dislike other than sometimes it can be slow between screens.
How complex it is for new staff to learn, but I suppose there isn't really any avoiding that with such an in depth system.

I love how easy it is to use. I love how easy it is to correct or edit. I love love love that I can work literally from any location!!
Very intuitive and easy to use. This product does everything that we need.

Cons
Customization options for home page and lack of deep search. Reporting could be better and easier but overall its a great tool.
The updated calendar on the app took a little getting used to, but otherwise everything has been very user-friendly
