Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It's a powerful product that I love using every day. Very, very happy.

  • [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] in the tech support department was a great help and will be my go to when I need help with TMO. Friendly, professional and fast. It is greatly appreciated!

  • Cons

  • Tech support is wonderful but trying to find solutions to your questions on your own can be very difficult. The help functions are not thorough

  • It's expensive, initial costs and monthly fees but it does so much of what we need. The only feature I have trouble with is the customized reports.

  • Pros

  • Good product with solid features for straight out of the box implementation . It has a low entry price point

  • The software is very easy to use and our processes are now much quicker thanks to the automation that the software allows.

  • Cons

  • The reporting can get messy if you do any live testing and you can't remove the entries due to very strict audit controls. I know it's not really a con, more a feature.

  • While they do offer a SAAS model, pricing seems to be slanted toward outright licensing of the product. This might be something to refine.
